Shelly Coheley, the founder of SC Practical Solutions, brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in the medical field. As a Certified National Business Healthcare Consultant, Shelly has demonstrated exceptional decision-making abilities in managing multi-million-dollar physician practices. Her expertise extends to various aspects, including practice establishment, mergers, relocations, and the launch of multispecialty practices in rural communities. Shelly’s focus on compliance, revenue forecasting, and expense management is underpinned by her analytical skills and commitment to continuous improvement. She is recognized by physicians for her efficiency, effectiveness, and patient-centered approach; Shelly is also valued for her reliability and professionalism. Shelly majored in business at Cleary University and continues to enhance her skills through Business Strategist training.
Rena Nekola is a very driven and compassionate business healthcare professional. She possesses 20 years of hands-on experience in a combination of Academic, Private Practice, and Corporate healthcare settings. As well as a diverse background in Practice, Project, and Program Management. Rena completed both her Bachelor of Business Management and Masters of Health Services Administration from Walsh College. She is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified from the University of Michigan, providing a strong focus on quality patient care and process/performance improvement. Rena has successfully developed and launched a new department, integrated practices, effectively led and implemented many new and/or improved initiatives, and supported a variety of quality site visits. Rena believes in “getting back to the basics”, For any business to be successful you must first start with a strong foundation. In a Physician’s words, “Rena can look at a broken process, break it down, understand barriers, and then create an improved workflow. Also, her style of communication promotes teamwork, and this is a great recipe for creating successful change”.
